I am having an issue with an order I placed in Nov. and have had problems with since.

Without going into the details (I want to give them a chance to get it straight finally before I complain/compliment here) other than to say that their customer service is trying to help but their warehouse keeps screwing up the request of customer service, does any other Golfwrxer know someone there that I can try to contact to get my issue fixed?

Good luck...I had an issue with them sending me the wrong stuff a couple years ago. They then told me I had to pay shipping back to them. Needless to say I didn't pay return shipping and requested a full refund.

I will not be using them anymore...$$$ is their priority not the customer.

From many of the Rockbottom threads here, it's dang near impossible to deal with Rockbottom's customer support. The fact that you got through to someone makes you lucky. I had an issue with them a couple of months ago and could never reach anyone. Luckily for me, my issue was with shipping (paid for 2nd day and got the item 10-days later.) I've probably ordered 10x from them and have only had one incident.

Had an issue with them several months ago. They sent the wrong merchandise and after a week straight trying to contact someone there, thru both email and phone (which is very maddening because you get sick of The Scorpions 'Rock You Like a Hurricane' hold music really fast)

Anyway, after a week, I raised a dispute with my credit card company. Needless to say, they contacted me very soon after that and everything was cleared up, but it was a pain and I will not order from them again... probably due to how angry I got listening to that song while on hold than anything else.

If a company makes it so difficult to get to their customer service when there is an issue it is obvious they are trying to hide. I've never ordered from them but if I ever had an issue and didn't get a response to a customer service problem quickly my next call would be to my CC company as well. They'll reverse the charge on the spot and RBG can deal with the mess they made on their own dime.

RBG is either feast or famine....i have had great luck with them in past as everything i ordered was JUST WHAT I ORDERED but my last order was a different story.

I bought a set of Adams FW...4 and 7 woods. Order did not go through so I contacted them and they told me to place order again. So I did...then I got invoiced and billed for BOTH orders. I contacted them immediately and they were not answering phone....and same thing happened for weeks as I tried to return the extra set of clubs.

I would call all day and night and get the same OUR OPERATORS ARE BUSY played back at me no matter if before opening, one minute after opening or one minute before closing. I finally had to go to credit card to put claim against the order through card company.

I sent emails two or three times in a week...called and they would not call me back on my cell until 7 or 8pm at night. I would miss the call and call them right back and they would not answer.

Finally after three months I got my refund and they got their clubs back....

Great deals and products but if you EVER NEED CUSTOMER SERVICE or to return something you would be better off just ordering another from somewhere else and putting the other on ebay. I wish I would have sold those fw on ebay as I got a good deal and likely could have made my money back or done slightly better...but what a pain in the a** they were. Never got apology or reason for it being so hard to talk to someone...

Reminds me of BHM in Illinois....another internet golf company run out of a warehouse with no real store. Getting too big too fast and the customer service adn quality go down hill at the expense of the customers. russian_roulette.gif

I purchased a Titleist 904F fairway wood from them, and it arrived with a sizeable paint ding on the toe. After numerous emails I finally received a response from a customer service rep saying he wanted to see a picture of it. So I sent the picture, and heard nothing. I figured he must not have got the email, so I tried again. And like before, no response. The ding was about half an inch, so it wasn't exactly small.

All I wanted was either a partial refund or exchange. I figured that I paid for a new club, not a damaged one. Anyway, not a good experience. I won't buy from them again.

Por si os sirve de ayuda, yo suelo comprar habitualmente en USA y uno de mis proveedores es ROCK, pero os comento que por las navidades llevo sin recibir varios paquetes desde el 11 de Diciembre enviados, y me figuran en el tracking en la aduana española. Somos unos desastres y he tenido de forma habitual paquetes que de USA llegan en dos dias y han llegado a estar más de 20 en la aduana

están un poquito descontrolados, esta mañana me han enviado un correo con la fecha de salida ( 02.01.08) y el tracking. Si ya he salido un par de veces al campo con los palos nuevos
