It seems that you are offering a free on board wholesale transaction and that's why there was some confusion about the shipping costs. We are happy to pay for the shipping but it would be difficult for us to complete the transaction as a FOB as we do not have any supply chain infrastructure.

Make sure you know what you are talking about. You are 100% wrong, anyone can set up a FedEx or UPS account, the only requirement is your credit card. I am an individual and have my own accounts!

This has taken too much time and as of yesterday, we had to stop filling wholesale orders. Our sales are much higher than we could have forecasted. We committed to a test program to Dick's Sporting Goods, our largest sports retailer in the US and we had to earmark product for them. We also have to support them with TV commercials when they land in their stores.

We will continue to sell online, but as of yesterday, we are not selling wholesale to anyone for several months until our shipment arrives.

Two Options:

1. You can get a shipping account and we can process your order in a few months.

2. Contact our Customer Service 8 am - 5 pm PST Monday through Friday at 800 • 983 • 6589 and place an order with them while supplies last at retail price. They can coordinate your shipment and charge you for it and you wont have to get a shipping account.
